5 – 10kg / 11 – 22lb: ½ – 1 teaspoon
10 – 20kg / 22 – 44lb: 1 – 1½ teaspoons
20 – 30kg / 44 – 66lb: 1½ – 2 teaspoons
Over 30kg / 66lb: 2+ teaspoons
